SHIPPING & RETURNS

At Desi Fataka, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted in small batches with skilled artisans. As a mindful slow-fashion brand, we believe in clarity, fairness, and a respectful relationship with our community.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Processing time: 3–5 working days
• Delivery time: 6–10 working days
• Shipping & COD charges (₹150) are non-refundable

If an order is returned to us (RTO), ₹250 will be required to reship the parcel.

• Custom-sized pieces are final sale
• Slight colour variations in handwoven and handcrafted fabrics are natural and not considered defects
• Parcels sent without prior approval will not be accepted
• Desi Fataka reserves the right to decline returns if items are used or damaged

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide. Delivery typically takes 1–2 weeks, depending on customs clearance.

• All customs duties, import taxes, and country-specific clearance charges are the responsibility of the customer.
• If customs duties are unpaid or a shipment is refused, we are unable to process a refund.
• International orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

RETURN & EXCHANGES

As a slow-fashion label, we do not offer monetary refunds.

We’re happy to assist in the rare case of:
• A genuine manufacturing defect
• An incorrect item delivered

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with clear images for review.

To qualify:
• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Exchange allowed once per order
• Exchange applicable on same or higher value pieces
• ₹250 exchange fee applies (reverse pickup + re-dispatch)

Approved requests will receive store credit valid for 12 months, shared via registered email or WhatsApp.
Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement
• Cancellation is possible only before dispatch
• A 3% payment gateway fee will be deducted on prepaid cancellations
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
