Do you have margins?
Yes at Desi Fataka, we thoughtfully add margins to our silhouettes to allow minor size adjustments if needed.
Please note: Kaftans do not include additional margins, as their construction and relaxed fit do not require it.
Which size will work best for me ?
The generic size guide is available for your ease on every product page which will assist you in finding the perfect fit. We suggest you choose your usual size, as our garments are designed for a comfortable fit. You can go a size up for a relaxed fit.
Why is there a slight colour difference between the product and the images?
Product images are photographed in natural lighting, but screen settings and lighting differences may cause slight colour variation. As our products are artisan-made in small batches, minor shade differences are natural and part of handcrafted textiles.
Do you take orders over phone or WhatsApp?
Yes, we do. Orders can be placed via WhatsApp.
Do you offer customised sizing?
Yes, we offer customised sizing. Please text us on WhatsApp or call us to proceed. Kindly note that customised size orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, we do on orders within India.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Domestic Orders
In-stock products are shipped within 1–2 business days.
Delivery usually takes 2–4 business days after dispatch.
For backorder items, a new piece is made and shipped within 5–7 business days.
We provide regular updates on your order status.
International Orders
Delivery takes 7–15 business days from the date of order placement.
International orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
